The company’s portfolio is diverse and includes noteworthy ecofriendly projects like Fairchild’s Butterfly Garden (Home to the Wings of the Tropics Exhibit), adjoining Glasshouse Café, Office and Classroom Pavilion. Some of our Coral Gables projects include office, residential and mixed-use developments. Our overall experience is heavily driven by the multifamily residential market and includes waterfront residential condominiums, market rate rentals, assisted living facilities and affordable housing.

Our services are geared towards assisting Owners in all phases of the process from zoning analysis, preparation of conceptual and design documents, assistance with site plan approval, preparation of construction documents utilizing Revit 3d models and assistance with standard AIA construction administration services.
